I had never considered life coaching before, but it was actually my therapist that recommended I give it a try. She has another patient that sees her for therapy and sees Rikki for life coaching. At first, I thought that the services would be redundant, but in my case, my therapist explained that I could continue to work on my anxiety disorder with her, while Rikki and I work on my professional goals (that I had always been afraid to pursue in the past, mostly due to my anxiety disorder). After years, I never imagined I would be downsized from my company, but suddenly I was called into a team meeting on Zoom, and 15 of us were let go at the same time. It was horrible. Rikki, I wanted to thank you so much for everything you’ve done for me to help me land a new job. In the end, I got a tour of the North building (that campus is HUGE…and very impressive) and they told me to expect a job offer by the end of the week (which I plan to accept – AFTER you coach me through negotiating it).
